Below is a schedule of services we provide to our owners:
- Advertise all vacant homes on our website, Craigslist, the MLS and Postlets which syndicate to over 20 other sites.
- Find, screen and sign lease agreements with renters to fill vacancies.
- Collect and disperse rent on a monthly basis.
- Provide accurate and timely accounting of all monies collected to owners. Online statements can be viewed 24/7.
- Accept and respond to all tenant maintenance requests within 24 hours of receiving them. This includes all emergency maintenance calls.
- Conduct move in, move out and 6 month inspections that are provided to owners as soon as they are completed for their records.
- Represent owners in legal matters relating to the leasing of their property.
- Provide rent ready estimates for vacant homes within 48-72 hours of their request.
- Provide annual tax documents to owners for their records.
- Respond to all owner calls, e-mails and voicemails within 1 business day (except in a case of an emergency which will be responded to within 24 hours).
